Acqua Farm Automation System (AFAS Version 1)
ACQUA FARM AUTOMATION SYSTEM is completely a IOT automated device used to control the temperature of Aquatic tank, using the set point given manually or by updating in APP or portal side we can change the temperature set points.The device having a feature which it automatically turn on/off the 3KW delta heater according to required set points.
Temperatures beyond the optimal limit influence the fish
health by increasing the metabolic rate, oxygen consumption which
in turn can lead to death of the species or may affect the growth,
in this direction we developed the automated system which monitor and
control the temperature that suits to the breeding condition of the shrimps
.This would give good result with good health of shrimps.
Advantages:
1.Reduces manpower by reducing manual monitor of temperature.2.Consumption of electricity is reduced by perfectly switching off the heater at cut off points.
3.Avoids contamination of the shrimp tanks.
4.Helps in drastic reduction in the ratio of larva to post larva stage of the shrimp during their growth.

shows the how the device installed and monitored in hatcheries, as the hatcheries have n number of sheds in each shed we have 10 to 15 tanks in which each tank is installed with one device the data which is having on /off status of heater and the tank temperature is transverse to the centralized server ,one can monitor the all tanks temperature from single place ,thus this can reduce many expenses and makes more profitable business.
